Weight Inclusive Thinking for Fitness Spaces (WIT FITS)
The purpose of this course is to teach fitness professionals about creating activity spaces that are more inclusive so that all individuals feel welcome regardless of their body weight, shape, or size.
This course will introduce an alternative paradigm to health and physical activity promotion.
This approach may be very different from what you have previously learned about health and wellness promotion. So we encourage you to keep an open mind as you go through the lessons.
